SIFAX Group has reaffirmed its identity as a value-driven organisation by hosting the third edition of its Annual Thanksgiving and Praise Night, a high-profile corporate worship gathering that underscored gratitude as a core pillar of its leadership philosophy.
Held on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, at The Lagos Marriott Hotel, Ikeja, the event tagged “God’s Faithfulness, Our Gratitude”, brought together the Group’s board, management, staff, clients, senior government officials and key stakeholders in an evening that blended corporate solidarity with deep spiritual expression.
Speaking on the rationale behind the annual gathering, Chairman of SIFAX Group, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, said the night was set aside to acknowledge divine guidance over the company’s journey through the 2025 business year.
"As we reflect on the outgoing business year, it is evident that our achievements, resilience, and progress were not by might, nor by power, but by the grace and faithfulness of God,” Afolabi stated.
He noted that despite prevailing economic headwinds and global uncertainties, the Group remained grounded in purpose, stability and clarity, which he attributed to unwavering faith and gratitude.
The thanksgiving service was marked by an uninterrupted flow of worship and praise, delivered by a rich lineup of music ministers whose performances sustained spiritual intensity throughout the night. The evening opened with Omotola Sax and the Ijebu Anglican Choir, setting a reverent tone before Eyinju Jesu ignited a vibrant praise session.
The Nonso Choir followed with soul-lifting carols and hymns that ushered in a festive Christmas atmosphere, before BJ Sax electrified the hall with high-energy melodies that drew guests to the dance floor. Emma OMG later softened the tempo, offering a rhythmic and reflective ministration that resonated across generations.
A major spiritual highlight of the night came with Adeyinka Alaseyori, who led specially curated medleys focused on thanksgiving and appreciation. Dare Justified further deepened the atmosphere with worship anchored in his lifelong ministry calling.
The programme reached its peak with powerful ministrations by Mercy Chinwo and Laolu Gbenjo, whose energetic praise sessions closed the night on a note of collective gratitude and celebration.
The Annual Thanksgiving and Praise Night has become a defining feature of SIFAX Group’s corporate calendar, reinforcing the company’s commitment to acknowledging God as the foundation of its success, even within the demands of a high-stakes business environment.
