Governor Abiodun Appoints Trio of Aviation Experts to Drive Gateway International Airport Project
In a move aimed at ensuring the successful take-off of the Gateway International Agro-Cargo Airport, Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has appointed three seasoned consultants to provide expertise in the aviation sector. The appointments, announced on Tuesday through a statement signed by the Secretary to the Ogun State Government (SSG), Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, are strategic to the development of the airport project.
The appointed consultants, who are renowned experts in their respective fields, are:
Capt Dapo Olumide - Consultant on Airport Management, who will bring his wealth of experience in airport operations and management to bear on the project.
Engr. Benedict Adeyileka - Consultant on Regulatory Matters (Aviation), who will provide guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure that the airport meets international standards.
Engr. Mohammed Odunowo - Consultant on Aviation, who will offer expertise in aviation infrastructure development and operations.
According to the statement, the appointments were based on the cognitive expertise and experience of the appointees in the national and international aviation sector.
