The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede-Almaroof, has earned a Certificate of Completion from the prestigious Leadership Principles Program of Harvard Business School. 

His Media Office announced the milestone in a statement on Monday, describing it as a powerful validation of his commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and modern public-sector leadership and an achievement positioned to significantly sharpen the council’s governance, accountability, and service delivery frameworks. 

Widely regarded as a global benchmark for leadership development, the Harvard Leadership Principles Program equips participants with strategic clarity, execution discipline, and the capacity to build high-performing teams. 

Oloyede-Almaroof’s completion of the rigorous course is seen as a major boost to his ongoing efforts to strengthen governance structures and deepen reforms across Oshodi-Isolo.

According to the Media Office, the chairman’s investment in advanced leadership training continues to reflect in the local government’s administration, evident in smarter policy decisions, improved service delivery, infrastructure expansion, and community-focused development initiatives.

Speaking on the achievement, Oloyede-Almaroof said the knowledge gained from Harvard will directly influence key reforms underway in the council.
“Leadership must evolve. The insights and tools gained from Harvard will directly support our ongoing efforts in efficient revenue management, stronger community relations, and transparent governance in Oshodi-Isolo. This achievement is beyond personal growth, it is a renewed pledge to deliver superior results for our people,” he stated.
